Thermal Cycling Humidity Freeze Damp Heat Climatic Chamber

Thermal Cycling Humidity Freeze Damp Heat Climatic Chamber is to determine pv module’s withstand ability to temperatures and humidity per test standard IEC 61215-2: 2021 for MQT 11, 12, etc. Generally, the quantity of tested module panels depends on your reqruirement.

This climatic chamber is used to test withstand ability of PV module panels against temperatures and relative humidity. According to the test standard IEC 61215-2: 2021, it comes with three testing functions: Thermal Cycling (TC) Test, Humidity-freeze (HF) Test and Damp Heat (DH) Test.

Features

  • Composed by detachable thermo insulation board and the chamber could be easily moved.
  • Perfect air circulation system to make the temperature uniform in the chamber.
  • Full welding structure to avoid water leakage.
  • Pressure relief design to avoid deformation of the chamber.
  • Two stage compressors are applied to cool down the temperature.
  • Shock absorption and noise absorption are designed in compressor region to decrease the noise.
  • L-shaped rack is applied to lower the consumption during heating and cooling process.
  • Humidification is applied to control the humidity.
  • Touch screen is applied to program the process and the running data could be monitored. The process data could be export as CSV format.

  • Humidity deviation: ≤5% R.H.
  • Humidity uniformity: ≤5% R.H.

Chamber Structure

  • Inner material: 1.5 mm thickness SUS304 stainless steel.
  • Outer material: 1.0 mm cold rolled steel with electrostatic spraying coating.
  • Insulation material: Polyurethane with 150 mm thickness.
  • Cable hole: 100mm diameter cable hole is designed at the right or left side of the chamber.
  • Double side handles are applied to permit open the door inside the chamber.
  • Full welding workmanship is applied to avoid water penetration.
  • Drainage tray is set at the bottom of the chamber to drain away the cooling water.
  • Pressure relief holes are set at the top of the chamber to relieve the pressure during test.
  • Heat insulation “L” shape rack is applied to lower the consumption during heating and cooling process.
  • Observation windows are set to observe the inside condition.
